Toronto Life. Comment: Toronto Life has an excellent database of restaurants, but it is frustrating to use. For example, it is much too complicated to look up just the Chinese restaurants that are top rated. Additionally, a search of their restaurant database for the words afternoon tea or just tea returns zero results. If you are willing to put in the effort, you can find some spectacularly good restaurants in Toronto through this resource.
